Site fence hire
The site is enclosed on the day your crew arrives. Panels, gates, pedestrian gates and barriers come from the depot serving your region; we install them and collect them once the works end.
Three ways to bill the hire
The length of the project decides, not the running metres. Below are the thresholds where the rate changes.
Short term
From a single day to a month. Billed per day, with transport and installation quoted separately. Typical for demolitions, refurbishments and weekend events.
Monthly
A rate per running metre per month, minimum one month. The most common model on housing sites and refurbishment works.
Long term
From six months upwards, with a negotiated rate that falls as the term grows. Includes replacement of damaged panels and phased deliveries in step with the programme.
When buying starts to pay off
Hire wins on short projects, buying on long ones. The line moves once you add storage, return transport and repairs between sites.

What the hire covers and what is charged separately
Included in the hire
Panels, feet, couplers and stabilisers as a complete set. Replacement of parts that wear out in normal use. Advice on choosing a set for the shape of the site.
Charged separately
Transport to and from the site, installation and dismantling, phased deliveries outside the original programme, privacy netting and banners.
Deposit and damage
A refundable deposit set against the value of the set. Settled after collection; deductions cover missing items and damage beyond normal wear, priced from the parts list.
Hire: common questions
What is the minimum hire period?
One day on daily billing, one month on monthly billing. For events we release sets over the weekend, delivered on Friday and collected on Monday.
Who is liable for damage on site?
The hirer is liable for items damaged during the hire, apart from normal wear and tear. Damage is settled after collection, priced from the parts list and taken from the deposit.
Do you deliver across Poland?
Yes. We serve 84 locations from a network of 20 regional depots, so transport runs from the nearest depot rather than across the country. Deliveries elsewhere in the EU are arranged case by case.
Can the hire be extended mid-term?
Yes, tell us before the current period ends. Moving from daily to monthly billing, we recalculate the rate from the new period.
What happens to the fence once the project ends?
We collect it with our own transport on the date agreed at order stage. If the fencing was bought rather than hired, we can buy it back; see the page on buying fencing.
