Site fence installation
Putting up a fence is more than lining panels up. Stability comes down to the ground, the number of stabilisers and the points where the line crosses a footway or an entrance.
What installation looks like

Setting out the line
The outline of the site, the position of the gate and pedestrian gate, the clash points with the footway and the entrance. Agreed with the site manager before delivery.

Delivery to site
Panels, feet and couplers from the depot serving the location, laid out along the planned line.

Preparing the ground
Levelling the spots under the feet. On uneven ground and on slopes we add angled stabilisers so the fence does not lie down in the wind.

Standing and joining
Panels are joined with couplers; the gate and pedestrian gate are set and aligned at the agreed points.

Dismantling and collection
After completion we dismantle the fence and collect it with our own transport, on the date agreed at order stage.
Installation: common questions
How long does 100 metres of fencing take to install?
On prepared, level ground, usually half a working day for two fitters. On uneven ground, on slopes and with several gates, longer.
Do you install fencing bought elsewhere?
Yes, provided the panels are undamaged and the feet match the frame profile. We ask for photos before the visit so the crew brings the right couplers.
What about asphalt?
On asphalt and concrete the feet stand without anchoring, so windy sites need more stabilisers or extra ballast. With solid panels that is a requirement, not an option.
Does dismantling have to be ordered separately?
When you order with installation, we price installation and dismantling as separate items but plan them together, so the collection date is fixed from day one.
